To dream of snakes is to dream of healing. Ask Asclepius. The cobra was the sacred symbol that protected the pharaoh’s third eye. The Ouroboros is the snake biting its own tail… the sign of eternity. The snake is the serpent that tempted the comfortably numb & naked Adam & Eve to enter into their true, vulnerable, fallible humanity. In the Amazon if a snake appears in your visions you are in the presence of the Divine. & of course a dragon is really nothing more than a snake with wings & lion’s claws......
